Drive In Racking System

Drive-in racks are used for high-density storage of pallets, for products in very large quantities but with a small assortment range.

INCREASED STORAGE CAPACITY
DRIVE‑IN racks are the ideal choice if you need increased storage capacity, as they use aisles for storage. These can be with LIFO access, the input/output being made from one end, or FIFO (drive through) when the input/output can be  made at both ends. The system can be converted to automated systems, using satellites, electrical devices that bring pallets to the end of the rack block, manually controlled (with remote control) or semi-automatic.
It is especially recommended for homogeneous products in large quantities of pallets for each code / destination / customer.

To create the safest system, each drive-in and drive-through shelf structure - the rails are designed according to the highest standards of each manufacturer by a qualified, professional engineer with experience in creating shelf storage structures , to match the specifications of stored tasks.
The guiderail connectors have mounting hooks on the uprights that provide a good distribution of loads. Their fixing during operation is guaranteed by safety pins that lock the guiderail supports in the positions established during installation.
 

The selected suppliers provide a safety factor of at least 1.5, in order to guarantee the resistance of the racks to accidentally exceeding the rated loads.

The products sold through the platform offer the best technical and financial solutions, the selection of suppliers being very rigorous. The offers generated by the platform are those obtained from top companies in the industrial racking market.

The installation is done as quickly as possible, by a specialized assemby team, regardless of the brand and origin of the racks. In case of choosing an foreign supplier, the installation will be performed by a local team of specialists.
